Terms and Conditions

Parties
Booking
• To enquire about a booking, you must request this via our website or email The Little Talents Company- thelittletalentscompany@gmail.com
• To secure a booking with The Little Talents Company, you must have already come to an agreement with The Little Talents Company about a date and time. You will receive confirmation from The Little Talents Company email to confirm your booking.
Payment
• 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, this is non-refundable
• You are required to read, sign and return our terms and conditions to thelittletalentscompany@gmail.com
• Payment is due 14 days prior to your booked event.
Cancellations and refund policy:
* Should you wish to cancel your booking within 48 hours before the event is due, this will result in full payment for the event and deposit being non-refundable.
* if you wish to cancel between within the 14 day period prior to 48 hour period before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the remaining monies you have paid excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• If you wish to cancel before the 14 day period prior to the event, you will not be required to make any further payments, however your deposit is non-refundable.
Safeguarding
• all of our entertainers hold update to date and relevant training in safeguarding and prevent.
• Entertainers are not to be left alone with the children, there must always be at least two other adults besides the entertainer with the children.
• All of our entertainers hold up to date certificates in first aid.
• We require at least one parent/carer per baby for parties from 6 months- 2 years old.
• All our entertainers obtain a DBS certificate and are on the update service.
Other:
• 30 children per 1 entertainer
• We kindly ask that if there is a bouncy castle, you deflate it during the entertainment. This is to avoid distraction from the entertainer.
• Our entertainers are not required to handle any food, drink or give out any food or drink to children, adults or animals.
Preparation for the event
• A member of the team from The Little Talents Company will arrange a day and time to speak with you, one week before your event. This is to discuss the finer details of your party. This allows us to also confirm all the party details and ensure you are happy with your package.
• Your entertainer will text you before leaving to travel to the venue.
• The entertainer will arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the time the entertainment is due to start, this will allow enough time for the entertainer to start.
• Entertainer will arrive in costume and character and leave in costume and character.
Last Minute Bookings
• If you are booking last minute, the same terms and conditions still apply to what you have read above.
Schools and Nurseries
Booking
• To enquire about a booking, you must request this via our website or email The Little Talents Company- thelittletalentscompany@gmail.com
• To secure a booking with The Little Talents Company, you must have already come to an agreement with The Little Talents Company about a date and time.
• nurseries and primary schools will always be offered a free trial before committing to one off or ongoing sessions and workshops with The Little Talents Company.
• You are required to read, sign and return our terms and conditions to thelittletalentscompany@gmail.com
Payment
• you must have also paid a 50% deposit of the overall payment to secure the booking which is non-refundable.
• Payment is to be made in full 2 weeks prior to the event.

Expectations from The Little Talents Company
• Instructor will arrive up to 10 minutes prior to workshop/session which is due to start, this allows the instructor to set up their equipment and greet everyone.
• Instructor will wear a t-shirt with the Little Talents logo on, black trousers and trainers.
Last Minute Bookings
• If you are booking last minute, the same terms and conditions still apply to what you have read above.
